What happens after the 7 days?
The subscription you picked starts, monthly or annual. Cancel before the 7 days are up and you are not charged at all. If you do nothing, you are charged and Premium continues.
Do I need a card to use PolyRead at all?
No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire. The trial is only relevant if you want to try the Premium features before paying for them.
What currency is that?
USD. $12.99 a month or $99.00 a year, subscribed on the web.
How do I cancel?
Whenever you like, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account settings. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel through your Apple subscriptions, because Apple handles the billing in that case.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. On the web, change it in your account settings. On the App Store, change it in your Apple subscriptions, and Apple prorates what you have already paid.
Can I get a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under their policy, and we cannot process those ourselves. For anything bought on the web, email support@polyread.io and we will sort it out.
